Work Your Ask Off was developed in direct response to the many people who tell me of their challenges with this very intersection. They find themselves hesitant, unsure of words. Their focus lis shifted from the client to a preoccupation with how this is going to go. There is a certain element of fear present, certainly apprehension, and uncertainty can take over.
Work Your Ask Off is a mini course with 3 Tuesday meetings and is designed to shine a light on this juncture in particular. We’ll shine a light on the close, the conversion, how to transition from a services summary into a sale. There’s study of the parts, the mechanics. We’ll look at perspectives: that of the client and of your own and how to remain client-centered. I’ll offer verbiage and you will learn to anticipate and handle client questions. Within this kind of drill down you will uncover the origin of any stumbling blocks and see your way past, effectively gaining tactics to move forward with confidence and surety.
